Diet Our belief that we eat only organic or range-grown meat extends to our breeding dog and her puppies. We feel very strongly that a raw meat and bone diet is the best (and most natural) food source for our pets. Our puppies are introduced to raw meat and bones at four weeks and are eating it very well by five weeks old - along with mommy's milk, of course! In the interest of maximum health benefits, it is our wish (not demand) that all of our puppy owners commit to this diet as well. A book I highly recommend is called 'Switching to Raw' by Susan K. Johnson. This is such an excellent and easy to understand book.
