Diet

Our belief that we eat only organic or range-grown meat extends to our breeding dogs and their puppies. We feel very strongly that a raw meat and bone diet is the best (and most natural) food source for our pets. Our puppies are introduced to raw meat and bones at four weeks and are eating it very well by five weeks old - along with mommy's milk, of course!  In the interest of maximum health benefits, it is our wish that all of our puppy owners commit to this diet as well, but the choice is yours to make.

Many, many people are overwhelmed with the thought of the raw diet. A book I highly recommend is called 'Switching to Raw' by Susan K. Johnson. This is such an excellent and easy to understand book. It also has a wonderful monthly chart that I find very helpful.

This cute litter of pups from Maple x Rumple, are all ready for their lunch! I always ask them to sit before placing the bowls down and they have finally mastered it!

By bib color: deep pink - Emme, light green and 'opening wide' is Stella; purple with eyes is Finley; light blue bib with the airplane is Seamus; lavender bib is Riley and the striped bib is worn by Camden Rose. The little chocolate and white Labradoodle is my new mini, Dancing Matilda, and she has on the pink bib. 'Tillie' was my pick from a different litter sired by Rumple Sticks. :+)
